A very clean, friendly, sunny 3 bedroom (or 2 bedroom and den) house for rent in Torrance California. There's a large shady fenced yard for an approved pet. It has a detached 2 car garage, a stove and dishwasher, carpets and drapes, but no furniture. There's one bathroom, with a bathtub and a separate shower stall. The gardener comes every two weeks to mow the lawn. You may do any other gardening you want, either vegetables or flowers.
The two main bedrooms are 9'6" X 13'6" and 10' X 13'6" (this is as measured, not too carefully with my 8 foot tape measure). The other bedroom or den (it has doors on both sides) is approximately 8'6" X 13'. The two main bedrooms have deep 8 foot wide closets. The other one has a small closet, less than 2 feet wide.
